  • We are a non-smoking facility
  • Only 2 registered guests per suite allowed
  • Early check in may be reserved in advance for an extra fee
  • Both guests must be 21 years of age in order to stay

CL Guaranteed Reservation Policy

 

You may guarantee your reservation with a deposit of 50% of the first night's stay. We recommend that you guarantee your reservation. If you do not guarantee your reservation it will be based on Availability.

CL Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please refer to the cancellation policies below.

Guaranteed Reservation Cancellation

Whirlpool Suites:

You may cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before your arrival date and we will refund your deposit, minus a $20 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, or do not show up at all, you are liable for a 1 night's room plus tax. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the other 50%.

Swim & Spa Suite:

You may cancel your reservation prior to 72 hours before your arrival date and we will refund your deposit, minus a $20 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your scheduled check-in time, or do not show up at all, you are liable for a 1 night's room plus tax. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the other 50%.

 

Perishable Item, Package, Suite Decoration and Spa Service Cancellation

 

All perishable items, packages, suite decoration and spa services must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time or you will be charged the full amount.
